这些看似不起眼的小生物，实则是危害健康与生活的“隐患大户”。

一、蟑螂的“罪恶清单”：健康与生活的双重威胁
1. 传播疾病的“移动病菌库”
蟑螂喜欢选择温暖、潮湿、食物丰富和多缝隙的场所栖居，这就是它们孳生所需要的4个基本条件，这也是为什么厨房常常是蟑螂的重灾区。
在天气炎热的季节，蟑螂繁殖能力增强，活动更为频繁。
因此五月以后，蟑螂将全面进入繁殖活跃期，应对蟑螂危害，刻不容缓。
它们常出没于下水道、垃圾堆等肮脏场所，体表和肠道内携带大量细菌、病毒和寄生虫卵，如大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、肝炎病毒等。

当它们爬过食物、餐具时，会将这些病菌留在上面，人一旦误食被污染的食物，就可能引发肠胃炎、痢疾、肝炎等多种疾病 。
尤其是抵抗力较弱的老人、儿童，更容易受到病菌侵袭。
2. 引发过敏反应的“隐形推手”
蟑螂的分泌物、排泄物以及蜕皮过程中产生的碎屑，都是强烈的过敏原。
对于过敏体质人群，接触这些物质后，可能出现皮肤瘙痒、皮疹、打喷嚏、流鼻涕等症状，严重时甚至会诱发哮喘发作，影响呼吸功能，给生活带来极大困扰。
3. 破坏家居的“捣乱分子”
蟑螂的食性非常杂，不仅会啃食食物，还会对书籍、衣物、皮革制品、电线电缆等造成破坏。
被它们啃咬过的书籍会变得残缺不全，衣物布满孔洞，电线外皮破损甚至可能引发短路，存在安全隐患，给家庭财产带来损失。
二、多管齐下，开启高效灭蟑行动
1. 物理防治：简单直接的“捕蟑战术”
蟑螂屋诱捕
蟑螂屋内部通常涂有粘性强的胶水，并放置香甜的诱饵。
利用蟑螂贪吃的特性，将其引诱至屋内，一旦进入就会被牢牢粘住。
可以将蟑螂屋放置在厨房、卫生间、墙角等蟑螂经常出没的地方，定期查看并更换。
自制陷阱
用一个浅口容器，如碗或盘子，在里面放入面包屑、红糖等诱饵，再倒入少量食用油和洗洁精。
洗洁精能破坏水的表面张力，蟑螂被诱饵吸引掉入后，就会沉入水中无法逃脱。
2. 化学防治：精准打击的“强力武器”
蟑螂药投放
目前市面上常见的蟑螂药有胶饵、粉剂和喷雾剂。
胶饵使用方便，只需将其点在蟑螂出没的缝隙、角落，蟑螂取食后会中毒死亡，且能通过同伴分食产生连锁反应；
粉剂可撒在墙缝、橱柜底部等地方，蟑螂接触后会因中毒或脱水死亡；
喷雾剂则适用于蟑螂大量聚集的区域，直接喷洒能快速杀灭蟑螂，但使用时要注意通风和避免接触人体。
烟雾弹熏蒸
在封闭空间内使用烟雾弹是对付蟑螂窝的有效方法。
烟雾能渗透到各个角落，将隐藏的蟑螂熏杀。
不过，使用时要确保人员和宠物撤离，关闭门窗，按照说明操作，熏蒸结束后充分通风再进入房间。
3. 环境治理：釜底抽薪的“治本之策”
保持清洁
定期打扫房间，清除食物残渣、垃圾，避免给蟑螂留下食物来源。
厨房和餐厅要及时清理台面、地面的油污，碗筷洗净晾干后收纳好；
卫生间保持干燥，避免积水。
封堵缝隙
蟑螂善于钻缝藏洞，用水泥、硅胶等材料将墙壁、地板、家具的缝隙和孔洞封堵起来，能有效阻止蟑螂进入室内，减少其栖息场所。
断绝水源
蟑螂生存离不开水，及时修理漏水的水龙头、水管，避免让地面、水槽附近长期潮湿，从源头上破坏蟑螂的生存环境。
